What Is Geocaching?

Geocaching is an outdoor treasure-hunting activity where participants use GPS coordinates to locate hidden containers called "caches" at locations all over the world. There are millions of active caches hidden in parks, trails, and historic sites — including right here on the Prayer Walk trail.

A free account at Geocaching.com is required to log your find. The Geocaching app on your smartphone makes finding caches easy.
